What is CaduCore?
Caducore is a data platform that simplifies data analysis and data manipulation, so management becomes clear. It also has data security rules at role levels so everyone can analyze their own data without compromising sensitive or personal data.
Do I need coding or any type of technical knowledge to use this analytics tool?
No, CaduCore was specially designed to be a user friendly platform so it can be accessible to everyone.
How do I login?
Navigate to the Login page and enter your registered email and password. Once authenticated, you will be redirected to your personal Backoffice workspace.
How can I contact the support team?
To contact the support team, you must be logged in and then you'll be able to access the support page through the navigation menu.
I found a bug, how can I report it?
To report a bug you can use the support page and file a bug report or you can contact us directly through our email: contact@caducore.com
I'm not a user of the CaduCore, how can I get in contact?
You can use the contacts page to reach us and we will reply as soon as possible.
Does CaduCore use cookies and is it compliant with GDPR and CCPA?
The only cookies CaduCore uses are for log in and current sessions. There is no tracking of users' activity or data.

CaduCore platform is supported by the most common browsers and operating systems, including mobile view.
